A. Your company’s book will be updated regularly, therefore the financial information is available upon request.

 

Q: I have an accountant already.  Can I still use your service?

A. Yes, your accountant will be more focused on managing your financial operation while we take care for your financial reports.

 

Q: I would like to do some bookkeeping tasks myself.  Can I still use your service?

A. Yes, most of our clients invoice their customers by themselves. Other task like posting of expenses and bank reconciliation will be take cared by us. We can discuss how to streamline your work to make it more efficient.

 

Q: I have not had a bookkeeper before and all of my documents have piled up.  Can you still help?

A. We will summarize and records all your receipts, invoices, bank statements, credit card statements and anything else and update your book.

 

Q. What software are you using?

A. We use QuickBooks online which is more advantageous because it can be accessed anywhere and anytime.
